ISLA TORTUGA
SNORKELING
Due to its extraordinary scenic beauty, Tortuga Island is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day of relaxation on white sands, turquoise waters, and pure nature. It’s a tropical adventure to discover a diverse range of aquatic animals and plants.
DESCRIPTION
We depart from the Tambor dock for a private tour to board the boat to the island. Our tour guide will give you a short introductory talk where he will explain the route .
Along the way, you can spot seabirds, dolphins and manta rays during the season.Once we get to the paradisiacal island we will anchor the boat next to the best point for snorkeling,colorful varieties of fish and marine life create an extraordinary experience during snorkeling. After the amazing snorkeling experience, our captain will take you to the magestic Tortuga Island with white sand beach crystal clear waters and calm sea. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious Costa Rican lunch and beverages.
Engage in activities such as renting a chair, walking on the beach, or relaxing in the sand.
To finish the tour, the guide will tell you the time to board the boat to return.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Naturalist tour guide, full lunch, fruits, beverages, snorkeling equipment, and insurance policy.
SCHEDULE
Schedule for private tours: From 9:00 am to 3:00 pm depart from Tambor dock 40 minutes from Santa Teresa.
For group tours, pick up is at 7:50 am from Santa Teresa or Mal pais.
PLEASE NOTE
- Bring swimwear, towel or mat, sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses, and insect repellent.
- The tour is subject to evaluation in case of electrical storms or high waves(Rainy season)
- It is recommended to bring cash
- For lunch : Vegetarian,chicken or fish(please select the options of your preference,one per person)
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not included for private tours If you need transportation to get to the dock, you can inquire with us and we will provide a quote. The cost will depend on the location and the number of people.
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve, it can be through payment link with credit card,paypal or cash(please let us know if you need a link to book. To send the payment link we need your first name,last name and passport number.
